# Cannot view existing information in a pdf form

**Which product are you using?**

**PDF.js Express Version**

**Detailed description of issue**  
We have a pdf document that the people fill out using adobe pdf. When I’m trying to view the document, I only see the document blank, but if I download the document I can see the info in it.  
**Expected behaviour**  
Be able to see the info in it

**Does your issue happen with every document, or just one?**  
Any document that we fill out on adobe pdf
