# Licence of PDFJS Express with NO connection to your server

Hello !  
I’ve read through the documentation that we need a connection to your PDFTron website in order to make the commercial license work…  
It is not always possible to maintain a web connection to the PDFTron server just for this purpose…

In this example I see that the licence key is represented as a string text ! Then it makes me think that we can use the PDFJS Express library with no connection to your server ? Can you confirm ?
