# Not received my license key

Hi,

I have made the payment 2 days ago (Receipt #2836-6773) and still waiting to get my license key. Have written to [info@pdfjs.express](mailto:info@pdfjs.express) no reply yet. Tried reaching over phone but no humans answer it.

Can anyone fix whatever issue is.
