Seeing watermark with plus package and even with paid license

Detailed description of issue
I have a paid license assigned to wyliebiz.com but the watermark still appears on wyliebiz.com and subdomains.

The viewer seems to know that the license is valid, as when I try to use the same license in my dev environment (dev.wyliesystems.ca) I get an error.
