# Specific Document Wont render on IPad

**Which product are you using?**
PDF.js Express Plus
**PDF.js Express Version**
UI version|‘8.4.1’|
Core version|‘8.4.0’|
**Detailed description of issue**
I have a specific document that will not render on Ipad, it will show the areas to sign but not the document itself, it renders the “Sign Here” on a blank page.
I have had been reported to me with other documents but its only some, and it works on other devices.
**Expected behaviour**
To be able to render the document as it does on the computer
**Does your issue happen with every document, or just one?**
It happens on more than one, but not all
