Create new toolgroup

hello,

According to my requirement, new toolgroup ( with icon of three dots) has to be created
with “leftPanelButton” and “panToolButton” inside it.

Is it possible to do this. If not then any way to achieve it.

Hi logan,
I fulfilled my requirement of putting every header tools in mobile view
by changing width of icon, which is guess is pretty much easy.
Path of css file: (lib/ui/style.css)
