Is there a way to grip a text Widget?

My question is related to Pdfjs-express dev mode.

Since a TextWidget is basically an annotation… because it is coming from the same annotation class.
I’m wondering why we can grip an annotation in the Annotation View, and why we cannot grip a text Widget ?

Is there a way to represent a textWidget as an annotation ?

This is a functionality that we call “form building” (editing forms), Express does not support this feature.

If you want to be able to edit documents like that, you can check out our sister product, PDFTron Webviewer. It has a form builder functionality built right in.
