Issue while loading the PDF with WebViewer instance

Which product are you using?

PDF.js Express Version

Detailed description of issue
Hi

We are attempting to render a attached PDF using the WebViewer instance; however, the document is not being displayed accurately and does not fully match the original PDF. Certain content appears to be missing, improperly formatted, or rendered differently from the source file.

To further validate the issue, we also tested the same PDF using your official demo environment (https://pdfjs.express/demo
). Unfortunately, we are encountering the same rendering discrepancies there as well.

We kindly request your assistance in identifying the root cause of this issue and recommending a suitable solution. Please let us know if there are any known limitations, required configurations, or compatibility considerations that could affect the rendering of this PDF.

Thanks & Regards

Hello Steven,

It looks like this file may have a weird structure, in the console you can see these logs:

It appears that the structure and fonts are invalid.

In our sister product WebViewer, the file loads correctly. Our in-house renderer is capable of handling this situation. If youre encountering multiple files like this I suggest looking at WebViewer, and contacting our sales team here: Contact Sales | Apryse (mention youre currently using PDFJS Express and they can help further)

Best regards,
Tyler
