  1. Rotation: Some documents are being automatically rotated clockwise, which is not aligned with their original orientation. The rotation is also causing:

  2. Stretching: The PDF viewer stretches some documents, distorting the text and images. This stretching can make certain parts of the document hard to read or understand.

  3. Cropping: In some cases, the viewer crops parts of the document, leading to the loss of important information.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Upload a PDF document to the viewer.
2. Attempt to view the document.Expected Outcome:
The document should display in its original orientation, without distortion or cropping, ensuring that all content is fully visible and readable.

I reviewed the possibility of moving to your WebViewer tool, and the pricing method is insane. It is way more expensive than PDF JS Express. Moreover, it offers a lot of other functionalities that we don’t require. Compelling users to move to the other product by not fixing bugs of a tool we already paid for is not the most legitimate action from your side. Event when you keep selling this tool with no warning of lack of maintenance. So I request you consider your alternative for this issue.
