Hi there,

You can select text while scrolling on our demo (note that this is on 8.7):

Note that annotating is only possible through the ‘View’ mode on the toolgroup bar.

Sorry, but is does not let you scroll when you select the text or try to annotate, here I have tried the demo, it should let you scroll up or down according to the mouse direction as described in the expected behavior

Please see the attached video, I was able to scroll up and down (using the mouse wheel) while my mouse left click was held down.

Hi Kkim,

You are right, it works with a mouse, but it doesn’t work using a computer touchpad on its own.

Thank you for your response,

I just tried with a track pad on a MacBook and it is more tricky but it is doable. What seems to be happening is the system gesture takes precedence occasionally and it sometimes prevents the scrolling with the 2 finger vertical gesture. You might need to ‘reset’ that gesture first and then try scrolling up or down while holding down the first click.

I suspect the same thing will happen for Windows.
