Webviewer not scrolling downwards automatically when doing annotation

Detailed description of issue
If I create an annotation and while creating it, i move the cursor below the pdf js viewer,
pdf viewer doesnt scroll automatically.

Expected behaviour
Pdfjs viewer should scroll downwards automatically if the user annotation goes beyond current view height.
