Labels not exporting while exporting/downloading pdf with annotations

Detailed description of issue
I am trying to export/download the pdf which contains annotations as well as the labels over those annotations. After downloading the PDF, annotations are visible but I am not able to see any labels.

Expected behaviour
The labels should also be exported and visible. For example, these labels written as 122 and 123 should be visible. Please open the link below for the screenshot.

Does your issue happen with every document, or just one?

Hi there,

Can you share how you added those labels? Are they free-text annotations?
Could you share the entire XFDF you are sending to the rest API?

There may be an issue with how those free-text annotations are created,

I was unable to import the entire XFDF that you provided. But after deleting those free-text annotations from the XFDF, I was able to import them.
