Merging the XFDF file into a PDF document

When i try to merge the XFDF file into a PDF document using Apache PDFBox I cannot see appearance of the Stamp annotation.

I have used the pdfjs express web viewer to create annotations on PDF document. Later, I exported the XFDF file of the created annotations.
When I try to merge the XFDF file into a PDF document using Apache PDFBox, it does not show the appearance of the Stamp annotations. Same behaviour is observed, when I tried to merge using Adobe Acrobat.
The sample XFDF file (generated using pdfjs express), PDF document (on which it was created using pdfjs express web viewer) and the output PDF (after merging using Adobe Acrobat) image are attached for your input.

Expected behaviour
I expect to see all annotations on PDF file.
