Unable to print a document from the default print option on the viewer

Please understand the document size is greater than 8MB (which is the maximum upload file size here)

I tried zipping the file and uploading but that isn’t allowed!

THIS POST was logged one month back and there are no replies after repeated follow-ups.

Also, I wish to try out the server-side API. Would it be possible to issue a temporary license which we can use to test?

Hi there,

It looks like the provided PDF document has a lot of pages and when printing, it is being processed, but the print modal does show up on our demo:
