Is PDF data transmit to owned server side or client side only?

Good day,

Once I uploaded a pdf, and updated the context (highlight, comment etc). Where does the data going ? Is it client side only or this goes to your server?

Pdf.js express collects anonymous telemetry data, you can see the details in this post here:

You should be able to see it in the network panel, i.e.:
