Detailed description of issue
On saving the annotated pdf, it throws the error “{“error”:{“code”:25,“message”:“Your account is expired.”}}”.
It has been working till yesterday.
Need to be resolved ASAP please, since its on production and people have started noticing.

seems like you need to reactivate the key from your end.

An update from our end: we reactivated the subscription with a different card. It no more says ‘key is expired’ in the pdfjs-express dashboard.
But still getting the same error message when saving the pdf.

So the issue is fixed.
Realized, we also need to reactivate the API key (like… re-enable) once we have reactivated the subscription.
