There is a bug in mobile signature drawing where it caches the signature. This is also an issue on mobile view (iphone safari, issue persists on other browsers using iphone) in the PDF.js Viewer Demo | PDF.js Express section, a screenshot is attached, the thick signature stays permanently on the screen unless a new signature is drawn and that one stays. If we use the function to type our signature rather than draw this problem disappears.
