Detailed description of issue
We switched from one to another domain. So I’ve updated the settings for our PDF Express viewer license too. Everything was working smoothly on the previous domain. Now we keep on getting the error "A valid license key is required … " on the new domain. I know domain name changes can take up to 10 minutes to be in effect, but we have updated it 2 hours ago. Is this normal behaviour and do we just have to wait? Can someone please advise?

Thank you for reaching out, we had an outage regarding licensing just a few hours ago, can you try again?

Additionally if you could provide the domains there might be a different in the FQDN that might be causing this.

It was probably due to the outage. I created a new license and everything is working fine now. Thanks
