Watermark despite paid license

Detailed description of issue
We have paid for a license for years now, but recent all our PDF’s in the view have an orange ‘pdfjs.express’ watermark on them. This never used to be the case.

Expected behaviour
Not have a watermark.

Does your issue happen with every document, or just one?

Thanks for the reply. Neither has changed and we can’t identify anything else that has changed on our end, we’ve been using the library since 2021.
Is there anything I can check on my end?

Just to confirm, the domain is for axx.is?
Our domain checking and key validation uses a network call as well, can you check the network tab in the console and see if there are any failed calls?

Yes I can check that. The axx.is domain only opens out application internally though. Could that be the issue?

Hello rob,

The domain used should be the one that the viewer is hosted on, so if axx.is does not run the viewer directly, the URL should be pointed elsewhere.
