Can I add class to specific text inside the pdf

Good day,

Is there’s a way to update specific text inside pdf, to add class? Sample in the image below I would like to add class for the word document.

Hello Mary,

Unfortunately, we do not have this feature. The layout of each page in a PDF document is not represented in HTML format.
