Cannot view existing information in a pdf form

Detailed description of issue
We have a pdf document that the people fill out using adobe pdf. When I’m trying to view the document, I only see the document blank, but if I download the document I can see the info in it.
Expected behaviour
Be able to see the info in it

Does your issue happen with every document, or just one?
Any document that we fill out on adobe pdf

Hey!

PDF.js Express cannot parse annotation/form data without the use of our REST API.

To see existing annotation/form data you need to use the PDF.js Express REST API to extract and import annotation data.
