Licensing problem in a intranet environment

Detailed description of issue
A error appears in Chrome DevTools:
“A valid license key is required to use the view only build of PDF.js Express. Get your free license key at PDF.js Express (account required)”
I already have a valid free license for the domain on my intranet, this site does not have a valid internet domain. I think this is the problem.

A connection to the outside internet is required to use PDF.js Express Viewer, so I do not believe it will work on an intranet network.
