Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there,

Could you please share a screenshot of any console error messages if any?

Please note that if you are using localhost / dev environment, the watermark will always show up:

Best regards,
Kevin

Hello,
It’s on live websites. We noticed that for domains that are not ninox.com the watermark is showing. Watermarks are displaying for other domains, such as ninoxdb.de, where it used to work previsously.

There is no error message in the console.
Thank you.

Best regards,

Denis

Hey Denis,

PDF.js Express license keys only work on a single domain and any of its subdomains. Your key is currently registered to your root domain (ninox.com), so it will only work on ninox.com, a.ninox.com, b.ninox.com, etc. ninoxdb.de is considered a different domain, so your license key will not work there.

This restriction has always been in place and has not recently changed, so I’m not sure how it was working on your other domain before. I will note that I looked through our server logs and I do not see any usage from ninoxdb.de.

Please also note that it is against the license agreement to use a single license key on multiple domains (PDF.js Express > License Agreement > First paragraph)

We do have other options for multi domain keys - if you need a license key that will work on multiple different domains, please get in touch with our sales team and they can help you acquire a license that suits your needs.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,
Logan
