Showing watermark on the VIEWER


Since today morning, It’s showing watermark on the VIEWER(Ofcourse subscription we renewed already).
PFA of the same and advise in case of anything required to update.

This issue has been resolved. Sorry about that!


What was the issue? Will it, or something similar, occur again?

We are about to rely on this product for a 7-days-a-week production environment. We cannot have it suddenly decide to go into trial mode and insert watermarks into everything it generates.

I will make sure that this specific issue will not happen again. Please keep in mind that any server has the potential for issues like this.

That being said, we do everything we can to make sure there are no outages, and our license key server has over 99% up time which we are very happy with.
