Showing Waterark on viewer

I received the invoce, #AC28938D-0021, and paid by Visa credit card automatically. However the watermark is show on the viewer. Would you check the payment status?

FYI, receipt number is 2765-6779.

Hi there,

You should be able to see the status of your license via the dashboard on pdf.js express dashboard.

Was the watermark showing for you previously? Please check the console and there should be an error message regarding your license if there is an issue.

Hi Kevin,

The dashboard says “Expires on” is ‘N/A (Expired)’ but my credit card history says it is paid on August 4th, receipt number what I received is 2765-6779.

FYI, I noticed the watermark on August 4th for the first time.

I would worry you will charge double on August 8th, which is shown on the dashboard.

Additionally, I couldn’t find any license message in the console.
