Detailed description of issue
When we login to our account in pdfjs.express, the license says “Your keys have been cancelled”, under the API License.
We can not Enable Subscription, and it says “You have missed too many payments and cannot renew your key”
Expected behaviour
We want to renew this as soon as possible since its affecting the users.

Is the card on your account still valid? It says you have missed too many payments, so can you try using a different card?

That card is not valid. We want to attach one of the other two options which are attached with the account.
But can not do that on my end.
It is likely that you have missed too many payments as the error suggests. Please make sure you have made all your payments before enabling subscription.
Hi Darian,
We checked our email box, but can not see any failed invoice from where we can pay for the missed payment.
Also I am attaching an image where I am unable to edit the card info for the subscription, and can really do nothing.
Let me know if we need to do something else.

Yes, I tried contacting billing@pdfjs.express, but it failed to deliver the email, and then I sent to info@pdfjs.express.
It’s been already 7 days, and have not got any reply.
