PDFs previously opened with an old license key no longer open with a new license key

Hi

We recently had to change our license key because we changed the credit card used for payment.

Since then, PDFs previously opened with an old license key no longer open with the new license key. We are facing this error:

One solution is to clear the browser cache, but that’s not practical because we deal with thousands of users and we have a lot of support calls.

Can you provide the URL to the file to test?
A new license key shouldn’t effect whether a PDF is missing.
